Overview
Ruan Mei is the member number 81 of the Genius Society and one of the creators of the Simulated Universe along with Herta, Screwllum and Stephen Lloyd.
A sweet-tempered and elegant scholar and an expert in the biological sciences. She earned Nous' attention with her talent and terrifying perseverance, and began her research on the origin of life in a secret corner of the universe.
Secretly, she greatly enjoys traditional theater and desserts, and she is also very interested in embroidery.

When these enemies attempt to recover from Weakness Break, Thanatoplum Rebloom is triggered, extending the duration of their Weakness Break, delaying their action by an amount equal to 20% of Ruan Mei's Break Effect plus 10%, and dealing Break Damage equal to 30% - 54% of Ruan Mei's Ice Break Damage.
Enemy targets cannot have Thanatoplum Rebloom re-applied to them until they recover from Weakness Break.

This part is about what Ruan Mei thinks about the other characters in Honkai: Star Rail.
Some may find her personality unbearable — I can understand the sentiment, but I simply don't care. Of course, Herta knows this too, so I accepted her invitation.
